Bachelor of Arts in Educational Leadership

This program is designed to cultivate visionary and ethical educational leaders who are equipped to inspire, innovate, and serve within diverse educational contexts. Grounded in a Pentecostal Christian worldview, the curriculum emphasizes servant leadership, collaborative practices, a commitment to lifelong learning, and the integration of faith and leadership principles. Graduates will be prepared to lead with integrity, advocate for students and educators, and contribute to the flourishing of educational communities.

Program Goals: Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:

  • Understand foundational theories and models of leadership in educational settings.
  • Analyze the historical, philosophical, and social contexts of education.
  • Apply principles of effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution in leadership roles.
  • Understand the legal and ethical frameworks governing educational institutions.
  • Develop skills in organizational management, strategic planning, and change leadership.
  • Understand principles of curriculum development, assessment, and instructional leadership.
  • Analyze and address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
  • Apply research and data analysis to inform educational decision-making.
  • Develop a personal philosophy of educational leadership grounded in Christian values.
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of various leadership positions within educational organizations.
  • Be prepared for entry-level leadership roles in schools, non-profits, or other educational settings, or for pursuing graduate studies in educational leadership or related fields.
