The goal of our Doctor of Transformational Leadership (DTL) program is to prepare experienced and visionary leaders to be catalysts for positive change in various organizational and community settings. Through advanced leadership education, ethical leadership development, research, and a commitment to personal and professional growth, we aim to equip our DTL graduates to foster ethical leadership, embrace diversity and inclusion, drive strategic excellence, mentor emerging leaders, communicate and inspire others in a way that creates lasting organizational impact. The overall student learning outcomes for a Doctor of Transformational Leadership (DTL) program reflect the core competencies and skills that students are expected to acquire during their doctoral studies.
Program Credit Required: 57 credits, which consist of intensive residency courses (36 credits), research writing courses (6 credits), thesis with defense (6 credits), and concentration courses (9 credits).
Program Length: 3 years
Program Prerequisite: A master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or an international equivalent.
