At RUNA, the Master of Arts in Ministry is designed to disciple individuals primarily responding to God’s call to serve the church. Secondly, these are people who desire to be equipped with godly wisdom, intellectual, spiritual-based knowledge, and professional preparation. This program is designed for personal edification and to prepare those with leadership abilities for fruitful and transformative gospel ministry. Each course outlined in this program creates a learning environment where students are encouraged to seek out biblical truths and address personal weaknesses to strengthen their ability to give healthy and godly guidance. This program of study is rooted in biblical fundamentals for ministers and assistant pastors serving on a full-time, part-time, bi-vocational, or lay ministry basis. The course outline digs deeply into the Word of God to allow for growth in the knowledge of doctrine and best practices for ministry that is effective and transformative.
